We ship directly from our trusted suppliers to ensure the best quality and fastest processing times.
Can I change or cancel my order?
As we aim to process orders as quickly as possible, you must request any changes or cancellations within 12 hours of placing your order. After this time, your order will already be in processing and cannot be changed. You may still return your order for a refund once you receive it.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal.
When will my order be processed?
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days and shipped the next day after processing. Please note that we do not ship on weekends or holidays. During peak seasons or sales, extra time may be needed.

Please contact us immediately if you received an incorrect or damaged item. Include your order number and clear photos of the product, and we’ll resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive your returned item or approve your cancellation. If you haven’t received your refund yet, contact your bank or credit card company as it may take a few days for the refund to show in your account.
